| 1. MUST have Talladega National Forest border, small branch or creek, hardwoods, up to 50% cleared OK, +/- 1 hour drive from Birmingham, 50-100 acres. |
| 2. Timberland 1 - 1.5 hours east of Birmingham, hardwood creek drains, county road frontage, up to 500K budget. |
| 3. Clear cut within the last 10 years (and has not been re-planted). Easy to clear for horticulture. Within 2 hour drive of Atlanta. Up to 40 acres. |
| 4. Large timber packages for an Institutional buyer. 5,000 - 10,000 acre blocks. |
