  • Exterior is Hardiplank siding, which is concrete fiber board made to last a lifetime.

  • Doors and windows double pane insulated pine.

  • Interior framing / timbers is rough sawn pine from a local mill in Greenville, GA.

  • Walls are mixed plank vertical spruce and white pine mix.

  • Roof decking is exposed tongue and groove pine.

  • Interior and exterior walls (and roof) are insulated to the hilt, and a moisture barrier installed behind the spruce.

  • Flooring on 1st floor is stained, saw cut concrete, 2nd floor is tongue and groove pine.

  • Railings and staircase (made by owner) are log, and came from the property.

  • All doors are custom made pine.

  • Cabin will sleep 9 in beds, in current config.

  • 1 full bath, and outdoor shower (back porch).

  • Kitchen- Custom kitchen cabinets, copper farmhouse sink, electric oven and cooktop, maple custom countertops.
